Carol Hesta had her Brentwood home on the market for a year when she thought it might time to add a little “pizzazz” to her kitchen to make it more attractive to potential buyers as well as to get the price she wanted for her house. Carol first went to a national chain home improvement store and then decided to stop into the Selection Center after seeing an ad in the Tennessean.
Carol chose one of the six granite colors that Granite Direct had on sale, tan brown. She also selected new stainless appliances from Siano Appliances, which included a cooktop, microwave, wall oven, and dishwasher. These small purchases changed the look of the kitchen and the value of the house.
This updated look added that extra sparkle that Carol was looking for and it worked too! The first family that went through the house following the kitchen updates bought the house.
