If so, consider this rewarding position as a Design Associate for the leading granite company in middle Tennessee, Granite Direct. We’re looking for individuals who can work one-on-one with customers making sales and building relationships. Part-time and full-time positions available.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in self-generating customer leads through social networking with family and friends and routine cold calling with builders, remodelers, designers, real estate agents, cabinet shops, flooring stores, etc.

The right associate will have the opportunity for showroom sale days, outside event coverage and will receive company generated leads, in addition to self-generated efforts.

Classroom and field training will be provided on an on-going basis. Attendance at weekly sales meetings is required in addition to regular performance reviews of sales presentations, closing ratios, and customer satisfaction.

• Enjoy social interaction such as making presentations, building relationships and networking.

• A genuine interest in helping customers make design decisions for their home.

• Prior experience in home remodeling related industry or sales is a plus, but not necessary.
